Cealis Online Pharmacy
'Cealis' is actually the misspelling of a new but proven-effective tablet
for the treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED) in men, and it's called CIALIS
(generic name - tadalafil). Cialis is actually the only ED tablet that has
been clinically proven to not only work fast, but also have an effective
working window of up to 36 hours. Cialis works by relaxing muscles within
the penis. This allows increased blood flow into the penis which is necessary
for a man to be able to achieve and maintain an erection.
Important information before you buy Cealis
Cialis is not for everyone. If you're taking nitrates (some listed below)
you should not take Cialis because of an unsafe drop in blood pressure that
could occur.
How to take Cialis
It starts to work very fast (in as little as 30 minutes) and can have an
effective range of up to 36 hours. In effect this means you can take Cialis
in the morning and be ready to respond to sexual stimulation later that
day, that evening or maybe even sometime the next day. Cialis may be taken
up to once per day by most patients but always take it exactly as prescribed
by your doctor or other healthcare specialist.
Possible Cialis Side Effects
As with all medications, Cialis may have some side effects. The most
common side effects it are back pain, headache, upset stomach, and muscle
aches. These side effects tend to disappear after a few hours. Patients
who get back pain and muscle aches usually experience this 12 to 24 hours
after taking Cialis but they usually disappear within 48 hours. Contact
a doctor or other healthcare professional immediately if side effects continue
to bother you and if any are particularly worrying or bothersome. Additionally,
although a rare occurrence, men who experience an erection for more than
4 hours (priapism) should also seek immediate medical attention.
Before you buy Cealis - Special Precautions
Do not take Cialis if you are taking any nitrates such as nitroglycerin
(Nitro-Dur, Nitro-Bid, Nitrostat, Nitrolingual, Minitran, Deponit, Transderm-Nitro,
others), isosorbide dinitrate (Dilatrate-SR, Isordil, Sorbitrate), isosorbide
mononitrate (Imdur, ISMO, Monoket), and others (nitrates are also found
in some recreational drugs such as amyl nitrate or nitrite "poppers").
Taking Cialis with any of these medications may cause very low blood pressure,
possibly resulting in dizziness, fainting, stroke, or heart attack.
Do not take Cialis if you are taking an alpha blocker (other than tamsulosin
(Flomax) 0.4 mg once a day) such as doxazosin (Cardura), guanadrel (Hylorel),
prazosin (Minipress), terazosin (Hytrin), alfuzosin (Uroxatral), and others.
Again, taking Cialis with any of these medications may cause very low blood
pressure, possibly resulting in dizziness, fainting, stroke, or heart attack.
Refrain from further sexual activity and notify a doctor it you take Cialis
and develop dizziness, nausea, or angina (pain, tightness, discomfort, numbness,
or tingling in the chest, arms, neck, or jaw) during sexual activity.
While taking Cialis, do not take any other drug that is also used to treat
impotence, such as sildenafil (Viagra), vardenafil (Levitra), alprostadil
(Caverject, Muse, Edex) or yohimbine (Yocon, Yodoxin, others), without first
talking to your doctor.
Cialis should not be taken with excessive amounts of alcohol (for e.g. five
or more drinks). Excessive alcohol may increase the risk of headache, dizziness,
increased heart rate, or low blood pressure when Cialis is taken.
Grapefruit and grapefruit juice may interact with Cialis. The interaction
could lead to potentially adverse effects thus you should discuss this with
your doctor if you intend to consume grapefruit or grapefruit juice while
taking Cialis. Do not increase or decrease the amount of grapefruit products
in your diet without first talking to your doctor.
If Cialis is taken with certain other drugs, the effects of either can be
increased, decreased, or altered. It is especially important that you check
with your doctor before combining Cialis with other prescription drugs.
